The prose, grammar and manual of style are fine. I suggest though that you move the last two sentences of the section Administration to section Demographics.

The article is well referenced; the sources seem reliable; there is no original research or plagiarism. However, there seems to a factual mistake in the Demographics section: The total area of the province was 51,476 km2 and the population density was 30.90 per km2. The population density during 2000 Zambian census stood at 30.90. The last figure cannot be 30.90. You should check the source and correct it.
