I removed the "on=yes" tag from the WP Canada banner because the company does not have an apparent connection with Ontario. The article mentions the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario but I don't think that's enough of a connection for WP:Ontario. PKT (talk) 20:31, 13 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The section I tagged has a reference to a 2005 study that should have lasted for five years. The pilot project appears to have been extended to 2014, with restrictions: " ... On September 19, 2006, the Province of Ontario began a five-year pilot project to evaluate the use of low-speed vehicles (LSVs) on roads in provincial parks, municipal parks and conservation areas. This pilot has been extended and will expire on December 31, 2014 .... " I don't really have expertise in this subject or time to master the intricacies of LSV laws and regulations.
