I reverted this edit by 129.100.255.30.

I am checking all the edits from that IP address because of a vandal has been using it, and 129.100.255.31 to make disruptive edits.

The individual making these disruptive edits was vastly overconfident, and did not really master our policies, such as the need for valid references, prior to earning an indefinite block. This particular edit is unreferenced, and looks like the kind of editorializing that vandal routinely made. Geo Swan (talk) 06:02, 27 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
