TAMPA (FOX 13) - We had heard retired Judge Douglas Baird was a no-nonsense judge and Monday, he showed it. “From the nature of the motion, this looks like some weasel language that tries to have it both ways," Baird said. I'd like to incorporate this into the article about his judicial style, but I am unable to find the underlying document which his statement is referring to.
