U.S. + Canada
[edit]Through as late as the 1980s or 1990s, Canada and the U.S. were considered "domestic" to each other for air travel. I see in the Article that it is not indicated as such, so perhaps this changed after 2001. I'm not aware that either Air Canada or Canadian Airlines (or its predecessors) flew to places like Puerto Rico, so I don't know if that would be considered "domestic" from Canada. Hawaii would appear to have been domestic, perhaps because it was a state and an extremely popular destination. GBC (talk) 02:17, 21 November 2024 (UTC)
