Should we call this article Deux-Montagnes?

As this article (https://globalnews.ca/news/10934406/quebec-man-single-handedly-runs-english-language-news-source-for-his-community/amp/) seems to have it, the small community of English speakers who live in the town call it Two Mountains. If local English speakers call it that, should we not consider using the name used in local English for the sake of using English on English Wikipedia, even if it's officially gazetted onlu in French?
