The article uses a number of subjective adjectives, instead of being a neutral factual description of the article subject. The two sources that provide general coverage (My Marina Guide and Australian Sailing) are promotional writing, which is after all the purpose of both sites (to promote sailing in Australia), but the article shouldn't mimic that.
