There are (at least) two Denise Deegans. Note that the one whose website is [1] www.denisedeegan.com is an Irish novelist, not the playwright.

In the late 1970s she was a member of the Stage Management team of EMMA Theatre Company in Loughborough. Denise Deegan lives in Wales, and is a former member of the North East Wales Search and Rescue team (NEWSAR) and the Welsh Border Morris Dancers.
