GA review (see here for criteria)
  1. It is reasonably well written.
a (prose): b (MoS for lead, layout, word choice, fiction, and lists):
  2. It is factually accurate and verifiable.
a (references): b (citations to reliable sources): c (OR):
Warning: you will need non-map sources to take this to ACR or FAC.
  3. It is broad in its coverage.
    a (major aspects): b (focused):
The history section is vague; the maps just aren't covering the whole story.
  4. It follows the neutral point of view policy.
    Fair representation without bias:
  5. It is stable.
    No edit wars, etc.:
  6. It is illustrated by images, where possible and appropriate.
a (images are tagged and non-free images have fair use rationales): b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
Again not a criteria for GA, but the image is a little dark and could be adjusted.
  7. Overall:
    Pass/Fail:
  • The road runs through areas of woods and farms with some homes In Blackiston, - lost a period
  • Try and cut down a little bit on the zoning.
  • In Clayton, the road crosses Norfolk Southern's Delmarva Secondary at-grade - explain that it's a railroad?

Hold - sure, a few minor things, but the history is quite vague. --Rschen7754 04:04, 16 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I have addressed the prose issues and have added some more detail to the history from non-map sources. Dough4872 19:37, 16 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
My main issue that remains is the sentence "By the 1990s, DE 6 was routed onto its current alignment through Smyrna." - we're given no context for what's changed or why these changes were made. --Rschen7754 20:42, 16 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I have added details about what changed with the rerouting. Unfortunately, I cannot find a reason why this happened. Dough4872 22:09, 16 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
You might run into issues in future venues but I think this is good enough for GA. It might take me a while but I intend to pass the article. --Rschen7754 22:18, 16 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I brightened up the image a bit... let me know what you (plural) think. Juliancolton (talk) 22:09, 16 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Looks great! Thanks! --Rschen7754 22:18, 16 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
