This article says nothing about his role in the renaming of Dominion Day as Canada Day. IMHO this was his most significant accomplishment as an MP. A quotation from Michael Valpy of the Globe and Mail would be a major improvement to this article.Rdmoore6 (talk) 18:36, 11 December 2016 (UTC)

    The article does not refer to him as a senator, and the article about the New South Wales Legislative Council does not refer to the institution as a senate and does not refer to the members of the council as senators.     The article does not refer to him as a senator, and the article about the New Jersey Provincial Council does not refer to the institution as a senate and does not refer to the members of the council as senators.
