Rathmore, Athboy, Meath?

Is this guy's title from the medieval Plunkett family of Rathmore castle outside Athboy in Meath? If so, does anybody know the connection (as this article says his father was from Cork) 86.45.62.19 (talk) 11:39, 17 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
