[edit]I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: I have cleaned this up a little bit, but it still needs better citations and there ar still some unreferenced parts. You should also add Crocker to List of Internet pioneers (he qualifies for inclusion there for winning the IEEE Internet Award).
