This album is my guilty pleasure (and the sequels are even wilder), so I thought I'd give this a spin. I may make some minor edits throughout the review. Feel free to discuss my comments if you disagree with them.

Well-written
[edit]Short but sweet! I have some minor comments, though.
Described as a mashup album,
— link "mashup"- Done
Remover was inspired by Vektroid and SoundClown music.
— add "the artist" before "Vektroid" for clarity- Done; added "the musician"
- I would delink "mashup" in the audio file description, unless you're lenient towards MOS:SEAOFBLUE. In that case, I would link "microgenre" and "shitposty".
- Removed
- Delink "chipmunk" or, this may be a stretch, pipe it to "Alvin and the Chipmunks"
- Linked
using cover arts taken from the television show Daria
— "cover arts" feels a bit odd, perhaps: "using screenshots of the television show Daria as covers".- Done
Remover referred to the subgenre's name as "a joke that's been going on for too long."
— consider moving this to the end of the "Reception and legacy" section, before the sentence about the sequels.- Moved, though a little bit before that
- I'd recommend using "subgenre" or "microgenre" consistently.
- Keeping as microgenre
Verifiable with no original research
[edit]No issues with source formatting. All references are reliable; Insider is fine for culture. Everything is cited inline where needed. Earwig shows 42%, but this is due to attributed quotations, so there are no issues with plagiarism.

- Calls it a mashup album and credits it with naming the genre, both indirectly, looks good enough, though.
Broad in its coverage
[edit]The major aspects provided by the sources are proportionally covered in the article. The paragraph about the album's composition is a little short, but other sources either talk about the sequels or the genre in general, so it's all right. There are some hits in newer sources, but they are just mentions. The article is focused on the topic. Summary style is used for the lead.
Neutral
[edit]Statements and quotations are differentiated. Due weight is given to each opinion on the topic.
Stable
[edit]No recent edit wars or content disputes.
Illustrated
[edit]The non-free use rationales are satisfactory. All media is relevant to the topic. The caption of the audio sample is well-sourced and relevant.
Summary
[edit]I don't have too much to say, the article's in good shape! Ping me once you've adressed my comments. For the record, I did some very minor expansion to the "Background and composition" section.
- @Averageuntitleduser: thank you for reviewing! All responded. Skyshiftertalk 01:31, 23 February 2024 (UTC)
- I like the changes, nothing major is sticking out at me, so I consider this a pass! Averageuntitleduser (talk) 01:57, 23 February 2024 (UTC)
