Can someone clarify what additional citations are needed? Kupojsin (talk) 12:41, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
- Citations for every statement in this paragraph:
Du Daobin was born in Wuhan, Hubei Province in 1964. Originally a firm supporter of communism, he worked for the district government. A turning point for Du was the Tiananmen Square protests of 1989, he strongly opposed the killing that occurred. He began to write works in support of the democratic movement. During 2001 additional articles began appearing online that were authored by Du. The authorities sentenced him in 2003 for continuing to write online through the website Observe China under various pseudonyms.
- Actually I am removing it until the citations are found. I'll have a look myself when I have time tomorrow. The blog is not a reliable source.--Pontificalibus (talk) 20:54, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
Arrest and charging
[edit]According to this article, he was detained in October 2003 until his formal arrest in Feb 2004. Our source in the article states he was arrested in 2003. Can we clarify when he was detained, arrested, charged and sentenced, especially as there was apparently confusion over lack of evidence.--Pontificalibus (talk) 21:09, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
