Translation of "un fantasma s'aggira per l'Europa"

Let me know if I'm wrong, but my guess is that the title is a riff on The Communist Manifesto, and the line in English is usually rendered "a spectre is haunting Europe". Someone who's familiar with the Manifesto in Italian could perhaps confirm this, and change the translation. Unless of course the book has been published in English, in which case the title of the published translation should control. --Trovatore (talk) 20:14, 11 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
