Absolutely not. They massively exceed the requirements of WP:BAND in terms of charting - see https://www.officialcharts.com/artist/54297/d-block-europe/. There are plenty of sources in Google News to flesh out the article. Osario (talk) 22:55, 14 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
