Newspaper name

According to its website, the newspaper is "Cumberland & Westmorland Herald"; it is not "Cumberland and Westmorland Herald". This needs to be reflected in the page heading (but I don't know how to correct it). Prisoner of Zenda (talk) 10:02, 11 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
