Reorganization of the article would help
[edit]I have done a moderate amount of copyedit for grammar, style, and clarity. I have also removed some phrases that I perceive as "Non-neutral" point of view, per the edit template. The article will benefit from a tighter cohesive thread to what now comes across as somewhat of an unstructured list of events and purposes. Robertnola (talk) 14:51, 11 February 2019 (UTC)
