[edit]Would it hurt someone to put a definition in here? You have what the materials are, what they are used in, that is is needed in all modern construction, but not what an aggregate does. At least, it could be stated better.
The USGS has information and statistics on the specialty lightweight aggregates: clay, perlite, pumice, and vermiculite. Bmhtayl 00:15, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
Is it the same as aggregate?--عبد المؤمن (talk) 22:37, 21 January 2015 (UTC)

European sizing
[edit]Apparently someone stuffed a paragraph on European sizing in front of the para on ASTM. It was evasive to the point that I didn't even know it was European, and almost perversely non-parallel in structure. Completely rewritten. But do we need to know five different EN numbers at this point in the lead? Not my call, but someone else might have an opinion. — MaxEnt 16:47, 23 October 2022 (UTC)
