New examples of Hadamard Matrices
[edit]I'm not an expert on Hadamard matrices, so I won't edit the main article. That said, I noticed that there is a new (Jan 2024) construction of some complex Hadamard matrices: [1]https://arxiv.org/abs/2401.01671.
