@Scope creep: has repeatedly removed this section, but my understanding of the application of community standards and consensus that a section such as this is applicable in an article about a comic book store. I took my cue from the same section in the Midtown Comics entry, which is similarly sourced and has been there since 2010(!). It was added by an authoritative and highly distinguished editor User: Nightscream. Good for goose, good for gander, non? As mentioned in the deletion discussion, I mostly edit on Hebrew wiki rather than English wiki and the rules are perhaps a bit different, but I take it this is still a community effort based on reaching consensus with precedents right? Reverting my edits and re-reverting them is an edit war and not a very effective way to build consensus. I have re-added this section for now and I ask that you make your arguments here in the talk page so we can attempt to reach an understanding. User:Gidonb as I see you've been editing the article too recently I would appreciate your input on this matter as well. Am I totally off..? --Telecart (talk) 02:21, 2 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Telecart, the article is better off without such puff. If an event was REALLY important it can go into history. Already there. I'll fix it. A common WP problem is that editors expand articles after asking themselves "do I know anything else?", rather than "is anything missing"? gidonb (talk) 06:18, 2 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
