What is needed to complete this article?

[edit]

There are many deficiencies in the article. First, the author should provide more details regarding what a changing table is. For example, expound on why one would use a changing table; what are some safety concerns; define the differences between public and private changing tables (e.g., creating a header for the private changing table and adding more images of what a typical private changing table would look like). Second, there are three hyperlinks that should be referenced-i.e., public restrooms, plastic, BABIES ACT. Third, expound on the BABIES ACT. Why is this act important and/or relative to the article? Why was it necessary for the Obama administration to pass the BABIES ACT-e.g., expand on the events that ultimately led to the administration passing this act. 192.249.3.129 (talk) 14:14, 14 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

This article has a Title and the first sentence gives a general explanation of what a changing table is. There is a table of contents on the left side--"Top, Public changing tables, references." There are two photos of two types of changing stations.
This article was classified as a stub-article because of two reasons: First, it is an extremely short read. There is a lot of information that could be added to this stub. For example, before getting into "Public Changing Tables," the article could have given a history of the changing table and how the changing table has evolved over the years. The creator or the patentor of the changing table could be included here. In the "Public Changing Tables" section, when talking about how the tables became popular in the 90's, the top manufactures of baby changing stations could be included. The other thing this article lacks are references. Anything that was hyperlinked should be also put in the references page. 192.249.3.184 (talk) 15:50, 13 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
