Proclamation
Please note that date of the name change of Thomson Learning Inc. to Cengage Learning, Inc. was effective on August 31, 2007 by virtue of the filing of a Certificate of Amendment of Certificate of Incorporation with the Secretary of the State of Delaware. 69.32.168.2 (talk) 18:45, 9 October 2008 (UTC)
