Notability
[edit]plenty of the bands on the label have toured with mainstream artists such as ministry, at least one has had large mention in the media in relation to a death, and many have toured internationally in europe and the US. Ted, stop going after Ramallah - this seems to constitute harassment.Dean Sayers 21:24, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
- The article does not meet the standards of WP:MUSIC. If the label is that notable, you should have no trouble identifying reliable sources that indicate that it is. -- TedFrank 21:31, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
- Hmm, you put up the tag. You concern yourself. Anyways, where in the WP:MUSIC page are labels mentioned?Dean Sayers 22:53, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
- As an active member of the hardcore scene to which Bridge 9 records caters to I can assure you they are most certainly a notable record label. Within the hardcore scene Bridge 9 records is well known as a label that has put out records for bands who draw hundreds of people at their shows. Also, it is covered frequently on sites like the punknews.org which is devoted to the sub culture in which the label resides which I believe qualifies it under the 5th part of the "others" category, since hardcore itself is without a doubt notable.Bungoman 00:02, 24 April 2007 (UTC)
This label is very notable in the hardcore genre of music. It has put out numerous cd's for bands that have been very influential in hardcore. - Mpete510 14:26, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
Funny, this label probably divides more than it bridges. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.43.195.210 (talk) 20:31, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
This article appears to be written by the people involved in the record label. At the least, the inside jokes should be taken out. I think it is notable, though. (128.135.24.139 (talk) 01:04, 14 October 2009 (UTC))
