Question of Clarity

The Wiki description says that this is a Box Set "...featuring songs that were recorded as bootlegs during concerts..." Maybe it's just me, but I don't understand what that means. Does it mean "featuring songs that were recorded (Live at Concerts and then released) as bootlegs?"
