Strong Keep. This guy is a boxer who is the brother of a famous world-champion, a World Boxing Council featherweight champion and quickly gaining a name in his own right. Definitely notable, definitely encyclopedic.--Folksong00:50, 17 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Strong keep. Bobby Pacquiao, while not as famous and as popular as his more-celebrated brother, is a boxer in his own right, has his own reputation, has his own record, has his own share of notability on his own terms. Manny Pacquiao even watches his brother's fight and gives him all the support he needs; both of them have pursued their careers independently of each other, but this does not give Manny a reason to neglect supporting his brother. Bobby Pacquiao is perhaps the second most-watched Filipino boxer at present, even without considering the fact that his brother Manny is helping give his brother's career a boost. Given these reasons, it is too early to consider this article for deletion. At best, we can let this article remain tagged as a stub. --- Tito Pao02:11, 17 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
