Ibn Khaldun

[edit]

Article needs to be corrected as Ibn Khaldun mentions the Beni Hassan as inhabiting the Sus region (in Morocco). Their emigration to the Sus actually preceded the arrival of Banu Hilal. Then they were likely expelled from the Sus at some point in history since today the Sus region is 100% Berber. Tachfin (talk) 14:34, 18 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Bani Hassan vs. Bani Hasan

[edit]

There seems to be a confusion about these two(?) tribes/clans. Some pages (like Beit Imrin) when talking about the Bani Hasan of Trans-Jordan links to this page, which apparently is talking about a whole different tribe. Can somebody clarify this issue so it becomes clear if we should remove some of the links to this page or not? --Crazyketchupguy (talk) 11:33, 3 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
