Biased citation

[edit]

@Fylindfotberserk: "Bhattacharjee believes Cachar valley has been inhabited by Bengalis" - so biased claims can now be used to form Wiki articles ? "believes" ? Dimasa king clearly used Assamese script - Inscription of Dimasa King, Maibang, Dima Hasao. Can you please not use CLAIMS as citations ? Add a proper citation with historical evidence not with words like "believes". The only district where there had been a native population of Bengali was Karimganj district. Neither the Konbaung dynasty during the Burmese invasion nor the British rulers mentioned of a community called Bengali during the initial period. That same Bhattacharjee also claimed erstwhile undivided Goalpara as "Bengal", no native group of Goalpara like Koch Rajbonshi, Kalita, Boro, Garo, Rabha etc identify as a "Bengali".

There are more than enough data to claim that Bengali Hindus were brought as white color workers, & Bengali Muslims as labourers.

I added content based on source that can be attributed. Which I will do. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 11:30, 6 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
