Contested deletion

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because Atul Rai is a renowned person in Uttar pradesh politics. In the UP assembly election of 2017 he got more votes than his rival Omprakash Singh (at that time a cabinet minister in Akhilesh Yadav cabinet.). This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because Atul Rai is a renowned person in Uttar pradesh politics.
