[edit]I'm 99% certain that Ashely Script did not ship with System 7. I'm moderately sure that it didn't ship with MacOS 8, or 9, and it is not present on any of my MacOS X 10.3 or 10.4 machines. Cmdrjameson 21:07, 5 September 2005 (UTC)
- I am 100% certain it didn't. :P Marking for deletion like the other one.
- The 'facts' in this article are complete nonsense. Ashley Havinden was a prominent British designer who died in 1973, three years before Apple was founded; it's unlikely he was an Apple employee. He did design the font based on his handwriting, but did this for Monotype in 1955. TrueType and System 7 weren't released until 1991, not 1990, and Apple have never shipped Ashley Script with their system software.
