I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: The page currently has large sections without sources. This must be repaired quickly or those sections should be removed. Beyond that notability is unclear. From Google Scholar he has one highly cited papers (1700!) but almost nothing else. The text needs to demonstrate notability, not be a long essay on his life and what he worked on.
