Parliament can't change prison terms anymore?
[edit]This page was the link from Harold Shipman's article about how government ministers can't define prison terms anymore. That doesn't make a lot of sense, the article is small and mostly a summary of events not a detailed analysis of the law changes resulting from his case. 80.169.132.92 (talk) 14:19, 17 February 2020 (UTC)
