Angelo Kouame → Ange Kouame – Mr. Kouame's given name is "Ange", and "Angelo" is just a nickname. Besides, "Ange" is more commonly used to refer to him rather than "Angelo". If it helps, "Angelo Kouame" returns 200,000 results on Google, while "Ange Kouame" returns 1,120,000 results. Weexbarters (talk) 11:27, 21 October 2022 (UTC) This is a contested technical request (permalink). Steel1943 (talk) 13:04, 21 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Comment: @Weexbarters: As seen here, I have moved this request a full discussion; the explanation/rationale for this move is too complicated for this request to be considered anything remotely close to being "technical ". Steel1943 (talk) 13:07, 21 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose; "Ange Kouame" (with quotes) has 44.4k Google hits vs. "Angelo Kouame" that has 12.6k. That's a 3.6:1 ratio and is not exactly a slam dunk. "Angelo" and "Ange" is not exactly different and "Angelo" won't astonish people who are searching for "Ange". Howard the Duck (talk) 15:40, 26 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
