"continued until the death of Frizeri in..." The younger Fridzeri? His father? An abschrift, as noted, apparently dating from 1823 (so that 1821 does not itself refer to the date of copying, as is sometimes true of dates on ms. copies), has the title

Op. 18 | Sinfonia | a grand Orchestre | Composé Par Allex. Fridzeri | (en 1821) | a anvers

suggesting strongly that Fridzeri was alive to have composed this symphony Op.18 in C in 1821 (see RISM.) The date 1825 - Stanley Sadie (1982) and Eitner (Quellen-Lexikon, 1900) agree e.g. - seems to have more behind it than 1819 from a 1914 book - see MusicSack.
