Hello, I am an administrative assistant for Center for Healthy Sex, where Alexandra Katehakis serves as Clinical Director. She co-owns the business with Douglas Evans, who is the Executive Director of CHS and my boss. I was tasked as part of my duties as Admin Asst. to update Dr. Katehakis' Wikipedia page with new publications and her role as expert in many articles related to the Harvey Weinstein Sexual Abuse Allegations. I received a notice that this was in violation of the COI rules on Wikipedia, for which I apologize. I have since consulted with other Wikipedia editors about proper protocol for requesting edits on pages which I have a COI. I believe the updates I made are neutral, however, if these edits need to be removed please let em know, and I will submit a request for edits in the talk page. Thanks to all of Wikipedia's editors for their kindness and assistance in this matter. Charliechs (talk) 18:49, 23 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Please read wp:lede, it is a summery of important parts of the article, not a new paper style leader. Thus a list of her works (rather than "and she has published a number of books") has no place in the lede. 17:09, 22 March 2023 (UTC)
And trying to list all of her book titles in the opening sentence. For goodness's sake, the entire two paragraph intro to the Stephen King article lists not a single title; I guess he's not much of an author... --Nat Gertler (talk) 18:11, 22 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I added a notice of the COI guideline to User talk:Skfreund after seeing that they'd updated her job title and headshot. It seems likely that Katehakis is notable, but the article needs refs that aren't dead or self-published.
