Executive Editor of the Atlantic.com?
[edit]I may have misunderstood the structure of leadership between the paper and the website. Could anybody help clarify? Scriveners (talk) 10:25, 10 May 2019 (UTC)
Notability
[edit]I'm of the opinion LaFrance is notable due to her executive editor position of a major publication. I find it odd that WP:NACADEMIC can make so many people notable (there are lots of academic journals), but someone in a similar position with a much higher readership isn't granted that same courtesy? If you're the executive editor of a major national publication and you get interviewed on Fresh Air, then I think you should be presumed to be notable. I have cited a recent Fresh Air interview. Biosthmors (talk) 01:17, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
Although, if Jeffrey Goldberg is still the editor-in-chief,[1] then that weakens my argument somewhat. Perhaps there are editor-in-chief and executive editor positions at The Atlantic. Biosthmors (talk) 01:28, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
