This article was recently rated to be of low importance for WikiProject Japan. However, Ado is currently one of the hottest pop artists in Japan with wide coverage on TV and internet. A 2021 survey in Japan by TesTee Lab. with 2,163 surveyees found that 86.3% of people in their 10s and 69.3% of people in their 20s knew Ado's song "Usseewa". Many of the YouTube comments on "Usseewa" (see for reference) are in English, Russian etc.
Although what is deemed "important in Japan" is debatable, I would personally rate this subject to be of higher importance, as it is an important subject in Japanese music and pop culture. Foreign people interested in her are likely to find this article as one of the few available sources of English information on her. I would like to see other people contributing to this topic. 太西 (talk) 13:12, 9 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
