Should we list him one way consistently throughout all of his nominations/wins? (By his full name, Alejandro González Iñárritu, as he was when he received his first Directing nomination for Babel in 2007.) This is also the way his article is currently listed.
Or shall we have him listed differently with the way he was credited since his wins for Birdman and The Revenant, as Alejandro G. Iñárritu?
And then, there's the third option of retroactively applying the latter option to his Babel nomination listing, for that sort of consistency, if consensus prefers.
But as of right now, an editor has altered it so that 2014–2015 reflect his patronymic name is initialized. And I didn't want to undo it, but rather open it up for discussion. Does anyone have any particular thoughts on the matter? --Cinemaniac86TalkStalk13:04, 9 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
