Untitled

Just expanded this article based on my translation of the original French page. While I hope I did a decent job I'm sure my translation could use some polishing. Also, I'm not entirely sure I translated, "In exchange, the company will receive the proceeds of the tolls, and by order of Jean-Louis Borloo, a subsidy from the local governments of between €520 and €700 million." properly, although I hope I at least came close. Somebody better at French then I should give the relevant section of the original article a reading, to correct it or phrase it better. Shikitohno (talk) 10:00, 9 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
