The artice was a cut and paste from the article "ain smara" at "The complet encyclopedia" (sic) at [1]. Unless it is shown that "the complet encyclopedia" allows such borrowing, it constitutes a copyright violation, so I have stubbed the article down to the basics about the presumed Algerian city, as required by Wikipedia policy Wikipedia:Copyright violations.
