French Cup

[edit]

@Mn1548: Rationale behind not separating the French Cup was based on examples like 2019–20 Manchester United F.C. season#Pre-season and friendlies and the inclusion of 2019 International Champions Cup fixtures with the others. Hjk1106 10:25, 23 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

ICC isn't a structured tournament and by definition is exhibition football. This is with rounds which are usually included in the table for competitions like this. Mn1548 (talk) 10:43, 29 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The Women's French Cup is a four-team preseason friendly tournament "and by definition is exhibition football." Your point that this is somehow competitive because they decided to format it so the two winners play each other for a final is misguided. Hjk1106 11:50, 29 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Maria Edwards

[edit]

Maria Edwards (on the transfer outs list) used to have a page which I've just stumbled across on a knock off Wikipedia. Just wondering why it was ever deleated? Mn1548 (talk) 13:47, 20 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Link needs to be copy pasted with https:// as it can't be saved as a link on Wikipedia: en.everybodywiki.com/index.php?title=Maria_Edwards_(footballer)&action=edit&section=1&editintro=Template%3ABLP_editintro

Failed notability, see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Maria Edwards (footballer) for archived nom. Hjk1106 15:29, 20 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Maya le Tissier

[edit]

maya le tissier is now number 15 according to the manchester united store Katherine Northey (talk) 14:14, 27 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The store is not quite official enough. Let’s wait until her number gets properly announced by the club, not just by the club shop. – PeeJay 21:27, 27 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
