Change in focus?

Articles on earthquakes without a large death toll don't seem to last long; they often go to AfD. Perhaps we will need an article, however, on the helicopter crash that killed 13? Raymie (t • c) 18:00, 17 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

That's a possibility, although this earthquake does just about meet the criteria set out in the notability guidelines for earthquakes. Mikenorton (talk) 18:07, 17 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The second paragraph of the "Tectonics summary" section is too long for any sort of balance, something that I'll try to sort out. A "Damage" section that covers the helicopter crash in more detail looks like a good idea. Mikenorton (talk) 18:10, 17 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
