"Inert" HEI round?
[edit]The Mk 105 High Explosive Incendiary round is listed as "Inert" under "Projectile Type". That seems to be a total contradiction. I can see a regular Incendiary round maybe being "inert" because it lacks any actual explosive, but an HE round by definition is not inert. If it's inert, then it's not an HE round.
