Suzanne Jane Smith (July 19, 1948 – January 6, 2024)[1] was an American politician from New Hampshire.[2] A Democrat, she served in the New Hampshire House of Representatives from 2008 to 2022 representing Plymouth, Holderness and Hebron.[3]
Smith was strongly committed to environmental causes and sponsored many bills to protect the state's natural resources.[4]
Smith was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin.[5] She owned a natural food market for 20 years.[6]
