Simon Uber Mawut is a South Sudanese politician and he is serving as the current governor of Northern Bahr el Ghazal state in Aweil, South Sudan.[1] He took office on 8 July 2024.[2] when H.E Salva Kiir Mayardit relieved Tong Akeen Ngor and appointed him as the governor of Northern Bhar el Ghazal— Aweil.[3]
