Shabir Ahmad Kullay (born; c. 1961) is an Indian politician and advocate,[1] serving as a member of the Jammu and Kashmir legislative assembly, representing Shopian constituency since 8 October 2024.[2][3] He participated in the 2024 assembly elections as an independent candidate.[1][4]
