Sankranthiki Vasthunam (transl. We are coming on Sankranti) is an upcoming Indian Telugu-language action comedy film written and directed by Anil Ravipudi and produced by Sri Venkateswara Creations.[1]The film stars Venkatesh, Aishwarya Rajesh and Meenakshi Chaudhary in lead roles.The soundtrack and background score were composed by Bheems Ceciroleo, while the cinematography and editing were handled by Sameer Reddy and Tammiraju.[2][3]

This is an third collaboration of Venkatesh and Anil Ravipudi after F2: Fun and Frustration and F3: Fun and Frustration.[4]The film extensively shot in Hyderabad, Kasaragod, Dehradun,Mussoorie and Rishikesh.

Sankranthiki Vasthunam is scheduled to release in theatres on 14 January 2025, coinciding Sankranthi weekend.

Production

Principal photography began on 11 July 2024.[5] Filming took place in Hyderabad, Kasaragod, Dehradun, Mussoorie, and Rishikesh.[6]

Music

The soundtrack and the background score were composed by Bheems Ceciroleo, in his maiden collaboration with both Venkatesh and Anil Ravipudi.The audio rights were acquired by T-Series.[citation needed] The first single titled "Godari Gattu" was released on 3 December 2024.[7] The second single titled "Meenu" was released on 19 December 2024.[8][9]

Distribution

Shloka Entertainments bought the distribution rights of the film for North America.[11]
