Salsuginibacillus halophilus is a Gram-positive, halophilic, alkalitolerant, endospore-forming and rod-shaped bacterium from the genus of Salsuginibacillus which has been isolated from sediments from the Xiarinaoer soda lake in Mongolia.[1][2][3][4][5]
