Rawail Singh is a professor of Punjabi at Delhi University.[1] He is a member of the University Court and Member of the Standing Committee of Delhi University. He is also governor of the Punjabi Advisory Board of Sahitya Akademi, the National Academy of Letters. He served as secretary of the Punjabi Academy of the Government of Delhi for 14 years.[2]
