Paolo Bergamo is an Italian-American entrepreneur and CEO of Field Service Management company OverIT.
Education and career
[edit]Paolo Bergamo earned his PhD in Electronics Engineering from the University of Ferrara in 2002. Following this, he pursued post-doctoral research at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in electronics and mobile technology.[1]
Bergamo joined Salesforce in 2006. By 2016, Bergamo became Senior Vice President (SVP) and General Manager (GM) of Salesforce's Field Service Lightning product.[2][3] In 2020, Bergamo served as the Interim Country Leader for Salesforce Italia, where he was responsible for overseeing the company's operations in Italy.[4]
In 2021, Bergamo was appointed CEO of OverIT, a company specializing in Field Service Management solutions.[5][6][7][8]
Since 2021 Bergamo has been a senior advisor at Bain Capital.[9] In 2022, H-Farm, a venture builder, appointed Bergamo as a new member of the board of directors.[9]
